How to return your product
If you are dissatisfied with your items, you may return them for a full refund of the transaction value or exchange of the product. AISPL will levy a charge amounting to 10% of the transaction value on account of shipping charges and payment charges.
Please note that items may be returned as long as:
- It is within 30 days of receipt of your items.
- The items are unopened, and in the same shape as received.
- Defective items are received with all parts and accessories intact.
- You are providing a valid reason for return and you have obtained an explicit acceptance for the same from the original manufacturer / supplier for the specific and/ or products.
- You are returning the items with an issued RMA number from the vendor/manufacturer.
We cannot, and will not accept packages without an RMA.
To return your merchandise, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- The full name of the person to whom the order was billed.
- Your order number and/or PO number (if you received one)
- The approximate date of order placement
- The items that you wish to return.
- A reason for return, if the items are defective.
You will hear from us within 1-2 business days of receiving the return request. We cannot accept order returns via telephone, for security reasons.
